1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of BuenaVista, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you accept and will comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

BuenaVista is a community platform for discovering and sharing travel locations. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
• Upload images or content that you do not have the right to share.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its servers.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the platform without our written consent.
• Impersonate another person or create accounts under false pretenses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content (photos, descriptions, location data) you post on BuenaVista. By posting content, you grant BuenaVista a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute your content as part of operating the platform — including showing it to other users and in search results or social media previews.

You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you post.

We may remove content that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The BuenaVista name, logo, design, and all platform-generated content (excluding user submissions) are the intellectual property of BuenaVista and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of BuenaVista's intellectual property to you.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. BuenaVista reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately, though content you have posted may remain visible unless you delete it prior to account closure.

6. Limitation of Liability

BuenaVista is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BuenaVista and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of BuenaVista after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
